Working With Your Template Designs
Important: To finalize a template and have all images stored and able to be referenced on the web, you must choose to SAVE your template. Another way to do this is to use the SEND option when in the MY DESIGNS area. This does not actually send the message anywhere but saves all the edits and images so that it is now stored for use in a template. You can then choose to copy the HTML to GoldMine into a new template and it will be ready for you to insert IntelliClick tracking links (see Finalizing Your Template Design topic). If ACT! or Other CRM systems are being used, complete the preparation and insertion of hyperlinks within the online editor itself.
All saved and unsent designs are saved to the "My Designs" section. To manage the designs, click the My Designs button. This will open the "My Designs" manager. Finalized and Draft emails can be managed in several ways.
Important: After deleting, any email sent in the past using this design will not work properly. Do not delete designs that have images you want to be visible to those opening past emails sent.
